I wanna install new windows from cd romh ow to access boot menu?

I have a biostar t-series mainboard & I wanna Install a new windows but I don't know how to access boot menu to choose my cd rom
how to get the menu?

Welcome Newcomer. For the T-series boards, you must press the F2 or Delete key (one or the other) to enter BIOS.

From the BIOS, you can specify your boot priority (CD/DVD, USB, HDD) AND boot device priority (which specific device - for example HDD 1 or HDD 2 (assuming you've selected HDD as primary boot option))
