Has Anyone Used These Fans Before?

Just looking for some input about these certain fans. I'm looking at the 120mm versions of these Cougar fans, specifically to replace all 120mm fans in a Corsair 650D.
I want high performance cooling, while keeping noise down as much as possible as well. If anyone can tell me if these are good options that would be great.
