Quick tips:
Rosewill isn't known for its power supplies if you catch my drift. While Antec, Corsair, PC & Cooling, and a select few are known for their PSUs. With that in mind you can upgrade to:
Antec Truepower New 650W - 109.99

You're motherboard is H55 which means it has video output build in. Your processor cannot take advantage of this as there is no on-die GPU on it. Grab a P55 board. (Maybe one with USB3/SATA3...)
Gigabyte P55A-UD3 USB3/SATA3 - 149.99

Not going to really comment on case since I feel they are personal but just get one with good airflow.

That GPU is definitely overkill for your resolution. You could get away with a less powerful GPU or upgrade your monitor with the extra spare money. (I suggest the latter) Since you are in no rush to buy this, I would personally tell you to wait since Nvidia is going to release their new GPUs by the end of March I believe so this might change up the prices. Then create a new thread asking for help but this build is still definitely solid.

Lastly if you already didn't know you can find some of the lowest prices on these parts at:
