Dell 531S MB need info to start manually-pin's?

I need to find the correct connection 's on MB to short out to start machine. I can disconnect PSU and short out 15&16 and fan runs and all voltages are correct. Any one that can help my Grandson would greatly appreciate it,,,Thanks

Depends on your case. If it has a 9 pin block for the case connector, then it should work fine. If not, it won't hurt to try each pin one by one until you have all the case lights and functions working. They are all low voltage.
