Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO loose?

Hello,

I just installed a new H212 Evo fan and it seems to be slightly loose and can shift just a tad on its axis. The four screws are tight, and don't want to tighten them too much. The pin that settles on the heatsink is in place and all seems ok.
Is this normal, or is there a problem?

Any input would be appreciated.

Totally normal, mine is all the way down, and even with thermal paste. If I apply enough pressure I can still twist it slightly. You should be fine!
