I have the option to buy a 20" Sony Trinitron Mini 1000 that is a monitor from a video conferencing system. It is brand new in a sealed box for $195.00. This sounds like a pretty good price for a 20" monitor to me, but I don't know that much about monitors. It is not a flat screen.
I am going to be using it primarily for work (Web Programming and Web Design). However, I am also an avid gamer and I will be using it with a NVidia GeForce 4 4200 and an Ahtalon 1800+.
I would appreciate it if you could take a look at the specs below and let me know if you think this is worth $195.00, and if it is good for games.
Currently I am using a Sylvania 17" monitor I picked up from Costco 5 years ago.
