Cannot transfer files through ICQ with DLINKDI-624

This is very confusing to me. For one thing, I actually had this working before. I could transfer (send/receive) with the ICQ transfer program without any problems. But recently it just STOPPED working... I went through all FAQ I could find, yet I still can't get it to work. Does anyone else have this problem?

Like other instant messengers ICQ needs to have ports forwarded to it to send/recieve files through a firewall/router.
