P55/1156 board for i5-760 OC and 6870 CF

this is my first build and i cant help my self to choose..which mobo will be the best for my needs.

i want to keep the cost around 150 USD, will go up to 200 if it's worth it.

my system:

i5-760(planning to OC to about 4.00GHz)/W CM hype 212+

G.Skill 4gb(2x2gb) 1600mhz ddr3

Corsair 850 TX

Lian li(lancool) k62

hard drive remains undecided..(looking for a good deal on ssd)

going with 6870 CF setup.

any suggestions would be apperciated!
