Do I HAVE to reinstall Windows for an SSD boot drive?

And want it to be my bootdrive, but I don't want to have to re-install windows, is there another way to do it to get on the SSD?

A clean install of Microsoft Windows 7 is the preferred method.
However, it is possible to use a utility to clone the operating system on your existing hard disk drive and install it to a new ssd. Some retail versions of ssd's include the cloning software. Unfortunately the one you selected does not.
Google is your friend. Just google for: hdd to ssd cloning
The results will provide you with all the information you need.
