This a good temp for my OC i5?

I am new to having a water cooled CPU and do not know if my temps are low (which I am hoping), regular or high for water cooled cpus. I have a intel i5 3570k @4.4 and idle temp is 27 degrees C.

Load temps? Are you running an actual loop, or are you running a CLC?

Its a closed system 120mm and I actually just found a good program to control fan speeds and cpu and all that stuff so I do not know load temps yet. But idle temp ok? Whats a good load temp? Is there a program I can use to bench my cpu to put it under load? Like heaven bench?
