How would you upgrade this system?

I've had the system below for a couple of years. I purchased it from a vendor who does custom builds, primarily for video.

I've been running Win XP from the start but now I'm starting over with Win 7 Pro. Other than the OS I'm upgrading the RAM to four 4 GB DDR2. With the 8 RAM slots available I could go for another 4x4GB of RAM but wondering how much that would get me with respect to performance.

Main programs I run are apps in Adobe's Master Suite CS4 including Premiere Pro for video.

Given I'm starting from scratch, are there any of these components that I should consider upgrading as well? Not really up to speed with hardware these days and would appreciate any insights as to what to consider.

Well, you've got some computing power there.

If CS4 is your main agenda, adding more RAM is definitely going to help you.
