Need quick reply please, power supply recommendation

Hey Guys,

Need a good quality ps to power:

i7 930 (will future overlock)
1 drive (will be adding 1 more SATA and 1 more SSD in the future)
6GB RAM,
GTX 480 (will be adding a second one in the future, but not 3)
optical drive

how big of a power supply do I need? and which one do you guys all recommend.

So many options.
