Hi guys!
A few days ago I put a question to specialtech.co.uk and after their reply I decided this info is the most idiot reply I ever had in my life.
Here is my query:
Hello!
My name is Alex and I`m from Ukraine.
I`m interesting to purchase CPU cooler:
http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/NZXT-Havik-140-Dual-140mm-CPU-Cooler-pid-13812.html
But unfortunately I found out it weight on your web-site is = 1,90 kgs.
How it can be possible if NZXT official web-site show us = 1035g (including dual 140mm fans) and 760g (heatsink).
http://www.nzxt.com/new/products/cpu_cooler/havik_140
Please tell me how weight of packaging CPU cooler could almost equal CPU cooler itself.
BTW, weight of much more bigger Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E SE, according to your web-site is only = 1,30 kgs
http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/Thermalright-Silver-Arrow-SB-E-SE-PWM-CPU-Cooler--SB-E-SE-pid-17105.html

And their reply:
Hi Alex,
This is the weight provided to us by the supplier.
Unfortunately, we do not currently hold stock of this in our main warehouse, so we are unable to weigh the item to check whether or not this is case, so I'm afraid we would be unable to alter the weight listed for the product, as it may very well be the correct weight, and the incorrect weight has been provided by the manufacturer.
Apologies.
Kind regards,
Martyn
Besides, regarding to http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-001-NX&groupid=701&catid=2330&subcat=
they are know the exact weight of Havik-140 from the same manufacturer. Very strange in my opinion!
I trying to understand where the logician? Better to keep the false info?
