My $400 Bluray mini HTPC!

So I've been planning on building an affordable and efficient HTPC system for my home. I don't plan on playing many games on it. It's going to be mostly to watch Bluray movies, stream Netflix wirelessly, run a few virtual machines, store all my movies and music, and back up my laptop wirelessly. I'm planning on running it 24/7 so energy efficiency is really important for me.

Here are the list of my parts. Please let me know what you think, I'm open to any suggestions. Oh and I didn't include a hard drive or ram because I already have those. Beside that, this is pretty much it.

Forgot to mention, I'm planning on using this also as a Boxee box to control most of my media stuff. I have a Motorola Droid which I'll be using instead of a keyboard and mouse so I won't have to worry about that. With PhoneMyPC I can control everything from my phone and even use my phone as a touchpad/keyboard.
