Thread title says it all. I am pretty rough on things. Anyone have any positive experiences with a flash drive they carry on them at all times?

Most of the stories I hear are that the cap falls off, or if it is a swivel that it opens sometimes and damage results.

Transfer rates are not that important.
USB 2.0 or 3.0.
Capacity: 4GB-64GB.

Thanks.

I carried one of these on my keyring for two years: http://www3.pny.com/product1_hp.aspx?Product_ID=3024&Ca... .
I had been appointed a guardian, and I carried copies of all my papers with me. The inner part can be removed if you're hard enough on it, but it snaps back in if that happens. (I didn't use the silly lanyard)

I had forgotten about this post. Well, since I posted the question I have found a solution that works for me and I suppose I should share it.

I purchased a "case" for my usb drive.

http://www.amazon.com/Case-Logic-JDS-2-Shuttle-2-Capaci...

It cost ~4 USD and I can fit 2 normal sized USB flash drives in it. Been keeping a drive on me for 2 months now and not a single problem thus far.

A cost-effective alternative to expensive drives like "survivor", "ruggedkey", etc.
