This is driving me insane. I have a 5850 which will run crysis at 1920x1080 with everything on max at 25 fps. I figure add another card and surely my numbers will improve. The problem is my numbers have gone down.I get 16fps with the exact same settings running crossfire cards. My windows index went down from 7.7 to 7.6 running crossfire.

CrossfireX is enabled on ati catalyst and GPU-Z shows two 5850's in the drop down list and it says multiple gpu enabled.

What could I be missing? Eyefinity works like crap as well on 3x23 acer h233h. I thought 10.2 fixed eyefinity.

i5 750 @ 3.7
Corsair h50
4gb Corsair ddr3 1600
5850 x2 diamond
thermaltake 850 psu
windows 7 64
Asus Pro 1156 motherboard
version 10.2 catalyst

I have the P7P55D-E Pro gpu-z says they are running at PCI-E 2.0X16 @x8.

The ati overdrive shows the gpu clock of 000mhz and the memory clock of 000mhz. and the temp is 0 activity is 0. GPU-z says card 2 is ULPS active. Which seems to be ultra low power saving. I think the board is in some power saving mode.

You are using a crossfire bridge arnt you? And when you use GPUZ to measure your clock speed and temps are you also running the game in the background?

I fixed the PROBLEM. It turns out that 10.2 has some ULPS (ULTRA LOW POWER STATE) feature for the second card enabled. I opened the registry via regedit and did a search by ctrl + f for all instances of EnableULPS and changed the values from 1 to 0. and it worked after reboot.

so how many frame rates are you getting with the two cards now? have a very similar set up. i use the asus p7p55d-e pro mb/ with the same corsair h50 and my ps is 1000 watts. i am considering buying a second card. so once again what kind of fps are you getting now?

I'm getting about 45+ fps on most games at max settings in eyefinity 5760x 1080 on 3 1080p monitors. check out my videos at youtube I uploaded some. http://www.youtube.com/user/atieyefinity
