Hello,
I have 8600GT(256mb,128 bit,gddr3) card and my motherboard(Gigsbyte GA-MA78GM-US2H) have ATI HD 3200 Integrated graphics. Shall I use it as SLI. What is SLI? Please help me.

No you can not "link" the 8600GT with your onboard HD 3200 video "card".

If you just bought the 8600GT, to correctly install the drivers and avoid complications download Driver Sweeper along with the newest drivers for the video card, then

proceed with uninstalling the drivers for your current HD 3200 solution.

Reboot to Safe Mode and run Driver Sweeper removing any left over drivers (if any) of your old video setup.

Reboot again, entering BIOS and disable the onboard HD 3200, boot to Windows and install the newest drivers for the 8600GT.

Between these two graphics which one is good one? Because I can able to play BF2142 and POP2008 In these cards.In my motherboard I can share memory up to 512 MB,But 8600GT has max of 256 MB.

The 8600GT is better.Even with the 256MB.
