Actually I discovered that our Norton keeps a spam-folder...never went there before as I didn't think there was anything there. Found a list and deleted them all.
They will be back.

That is why I do not use Norton

I do not need another piece of software filtering my email; I already have a good ISP filter in place and I keep it tuned so that false positives are low.
