where is the dir for the bios logo???

I am guessing that you are asking about "directory entry"?

The BIOS logo (do you mean "initial splash screen?) is stored in the BIOS itself. It can be turned on and off from the "Advanced BIOS Features" section of the BIOS.

i have an asus mo bo m4a785-m that supports MyLogo 2. im guessing i need a program that will copy the bios to the hard drive( because the MyLogo 2 ask where the original bios file is located) then after making a copy of the original then use the program to change the logo screen then flash the new file to the bios does this sound remotly correct??????
