I already looked in the Forum, but still can't figure out how to get
into the Clock Tower. I need help on this one.
I know of two balconies in the area I can get to, but still can't
find where to climb.
Any hints or suggestions?

It's not a balcony. Look for a big pipe with an opening at the 2nd story
level (and a big blue mission glyph inside).

Thanks Micael, but I am still not finding it. Climbing all sorts of walls
and looking everywhere.

Yes, Darin, the door to the Clock Tower kept throwing me off.
