New build not working when i boot.

Hey guys
today i just built a new pc for myself
AMD phenom II x4 945
Gigabyte GA-M720-us3
Powercolor Radeon HD 5750
4gb DDR2 800 Kingston
in a ThermalTake v3 case using its default power supply atm.
i when try to boot it up, lights turn in, fans spin but then i hear this constant beep coming from the speaker then a solid beep, its not the cpu in a bad spot coz its simple to put it in, can any1 help me think wat the problem is?

This is a good guide on boot issues. Check everything on this list one at a time and double-check everything is connected correctly. Post back here when you're done and we'll go from there.
