My pc turns on, but turns off after a few seconds!

Hey guys, was wondering if ne of you could help me solve a little problem.
U see, my pc is starting normally, but just turns off after 5-10 seconds.
I just got my new Graphic card, it works ofc XFX Geforce 285 GTX (BLACK EDITION)
i know that the MB works, and that the RAM works, and i know that the CPU and the graphic card works.
The hard drives works except one, so could ne of u guys help me?

We have a sticky for troubleshooting system problems. The first thing to do is perform EVERY step in the READ before posting about boot/no video problems! sticky at the top of the forum.

Is this an existing system, or a new system? Has it worked before? What are the complete system specs?

What kind of PSU do you have? It could be insufficient or dead :O

wait a minute, you just got a new gfx card, and yet you know it works? eh? you cant get ur pc to boot, how exactly do you know it works?

Maybe your PSU cant handle such a powerfull GPU. Try tunrning your computer on WITHOUT the GPU.

If your computer stopped working when you installed a new video card, switch back to the old one and see if it boots.

That makes no difference, as drivers aren't loaded until windows boots.

Check and see what power supply you have.
