  1. We have a sticky for troubleshooting system problems. The first thing to do is perform EVERY step in the READ before posting about boot/no video problems! sticky at the top of the forum.

Is this an existing system, or a new system? Has it worked before? What are the complete system specs?
  2. What kind of PSU do you have? It could be insufficient or dead :O
  3. wait a minute, you just got a new gfx card, and yet you know it works? eh? you cant get ur pc to boot, how exactly do you know it works?
  4. Maybe your PSU cant handle such a powerfull GPU. Try tunrning your computer on WITHOUT the GPU.
  5. If your computer stopped working when you installed a new video card, switch back to the old one and see if it boots.
  6. Did you uninstall GFX drivers before taking out the old card ?

That makes no difference, as drivers aren't loaded until windows boots.
  8. Check and see what power supply you have.
