The mouse, keyboard and screen won’t work all the sudden

Hello,
The mouse, keyboard and screen won’t work all the sudden in my computer. I replaced the power supply already because the fan wasn't working. However, now the mouse, keyboard and screen stop working more often. I have to reboot the computer to make them work again.

you use usb ports or ps2

The mouse works on another computer. Tried also another mouse and keyboard on the computer with the same results. Both the keyboard and the mouse use usb ports. Tried also the keyboard connected to PS2 port, same results.
