[EVGA] cmos error after new install?

I just got my new EVGA 750i SLI FTW mobo today in the mail. I switched everything over (Cpu, ram, hard drives, etc etc) and when I try to boot, I get this error on startup.

I've continued and once it reached the windows 7 loading screen, it restarts itself. Any idea?
