Pc is working but no output to monitor.

O.K., My pc is working, I can hear audio, my skype rings and I get the start up chime etc. problem is no graphics. Not even o POST screen. Monitor is good.
pc is advent dhe 1000. have had some issues with psu but cant find a replacement as not standard. spec is as follows:

Intel Pentium 4 630 Prescott (3.00 Ghz)
Motherboard Intel D915POM
Memory 1GB DDR PC3200 RAM (2x 512 MB)
Hard Drive 250GB WD2500JD Western Digital 7200RPM SATA
CD Drive Lite-On SOHW-1673S DVD-RW
Video Card nVIDIA GeForce 6600 (128MB) PCI-Express
TV Card AverMedia analogue twin TV-tuner
Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio (Azalia)
Modem SmartLink 56K V.92 PCI modem
Network Card Intel PRO/100 VE
Intel Pro 2200BG wireless LAN

was working earlier, playing music on wmp when it froze, rebooted and this now happens.

Any help would be grateful as I am living in Budapest and rely on my PC to get TV from England.

does it work on startup? when it shows you can choose bios setup etc..?
if not.. check your cables.. is your monitor on? xD

also i might be broken.. monitors will always work no matter what.. even without drivers etc..

Is PCI-E cable connected to card ?

Have you used on screen menu on monitor to check whether proper input is selected ?

I know VGA cable and Monitor (samsung LCD 42" TV) as I can put my laptop on there using the same set up.
I cant even see the screen when it boots up so I think it must be the graphics card. It was all ok 'til it froze and i rebooted

if your sure the cables are connected correctly..
and its not showing up on boot.. then either its your cable monitor or graphics card..

try swtching things around on another computer or laptop if you have one..

like plugging the monitor in another computer or plugging another monitor in your computer
