I'm using an AMD 940 x4 with an AMD 780G HA06 motherboard. I overclocked the cpu to 3.3 but felt that the temperatures were getting too high in the 50s and for the sake of comfort, I decided to go into the BIOS and change the cpu voltage to the original 1.35v since my BIOS apparently had it set to auto (which causes the voltage to go as high as 1.424 on just 3.3ghz!). However, upon restarting my computer and opening up cpu-z and speedfan, I noticed that the vcore voltage still hasn't changed. It still goes as high as 1.42 but I have no idea why. I definitely set it to 1.35v so I'm not sure why this is happening. Any ideas?
