How to install Windows xp 32 F6 drivers without FDD?

Ok so I installed a new HDD, and will be using Windows xp 32 bit. Unfortunately, In order to do this the only way my computer will boot is if when I boot from XP CD, It tells me to hit F6 to load 3rd party drivers but nothing ever happens. I dont want to buy a floppy disk drive, and I cant find a definite answer to this question.
So how can I download and put in the drivers for F6 without a FDD?

  1. This must be a newer PC with a SATA hard drive, right?

The easiest fix is to go into the BIOS and set the SATA controller to emulate ATA/IDE.
