Hi, please help me decide as i've never used a AMD motherboard before so I dunno much about certain specs to look out for:

if i'm not wrong, the 760GM-E51 is better? The FSB says 2.6GHZ but that equals to 5200MT/s right? I'm referring to what it says here:

Whats your budget and intended use?
I'd go for AsRocks M3a770de if your going for a 770/710sb board, several benefits over that one you linked, although there are much better board as well, post back with the info I asked and we'll see if we cant get you sorted out
