I'm building an home theater pc with theses components:
Intel BOXDH55TC LGA 1156 Intel H55 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i3-530 Clarkdale 2.93GHz 4MB L3 Cache LGA 1156
A-DATA 4GB (2 x 2GB)DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
Western Digital Caviar Blue WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM 16MB
windows 7 Home Premium

The basic function is recording tv shows using the upcoming Ceton Cablecard tuner.

There are two cases I like the:
APEVIA Black / Silver SECC Steel / Aluminum X-MASTER-AL/500 ATX Media Center this has an ATX 12v 500w psu.

The other case:IN WIN IW-BK644.SE Black 0.6mm SECC Steel MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case has an SFX 12v 300w psu.

Is the SFX 300w psu enough or should I go with the ATX 500w psu? Also are the MicroATX power supplies the same as an SFX power supplies?

thank you.

For your build, your computer will probably never surpass 190w. 300 watts will provide ample power. I personally don't like APEVIA cases, they are flash and little bang. There fans on the other hand are superb. (just saying)
