Is it bad

hi i have an i5 760 that i oc it to 2.9 only with the stock cooler i ran intel burn test on windows 8 64 bit and the temp starting raising when it reached the 6 phase of the test the temp is f 85-94 is it bad should i leave it like this or go back to stock clock , it passed all the 10 est successfully but with high temps when the test ended it went back to normal 41 0-43
