Will ATI 4850 work on this PSU?

    Yes,A Corsair 400CX will easily run a HD4850.
    It can even handle more power hungry cards. :)

    buy this instead for later upgrade matter and yes your selection should be okay for the graphics for sure
  3. when you purchase the psu look at 12v thats for graphics and what i recommend above has 12v combine current of 72A which is good for the price

    No,it doesn't have 72Amps on 12V rail.Dual rail amperage doesn't simply add up.

    Corsairs are more reliable than OCZ.

    Power = Voltage x Current
    So if that thing really had 72 amps then multiplying that by 12 means the power output would have to be at least 864w, and that's just on the +12v rail(s). Also the 700w version is the exact same price on that site so I can't see why you would recommend the 600w anyway.
