^ The PSU that you have selected is of very low quality...I wouldn't trust that one...
Maybe a Antec EA 430/ atleast the OCZ 500W StealthExtreme...

And also take a look at the Athlon II X3s they are better balanced overall as the additional core will help in multitasking too...
But if you have planned for core unlock then fine...

ok thanks i will buy the OCZ 500W now as it is only a couple of pounds more. about the Athlon i looked and as i am mainly gaming the phenom would be better and better to overclock? what do you think

I agree the phenom II is the better cpu for you with 7mb cache. The x3 is a crippled quad core and not worth the consideration as it only has 1.5mb of cache.
If I were to go bigger I'ld get the quad core x4 955 black edition before the 3 core!
It's loads more money but if you want the power you got to pay the price......

^ Well you should take a look at the benchmarks and reviews of those CPUs before coming to a conclusion about them...
IMO the X3s - Specifically the 435 and 440 are the best value in terms of gaming...

And also as for overclocking, I do accept the Unlocked multipliers of the Black are an advantage but overclocking with these CPUs isnt difficult either...
