NFS most wanted 2012 problem with msvcrt.dll

Hello,
when i try to launch the game i get this pop up Msvcrt.dll error message("the procedure entry except handler4 common could not be located dinamic link library msvcrt.dll")
any solution ???
running windows xp sp3

i had installed it... pls give me d remedie for it....

You need to contact the game manufacturer and get help; they are the only one who knows which version you need.

Windows xp and vista sp1 is not supported by mw 2012
