Windows does not start

Open the case. Check the cpu heatsink to be sure it's intact and making good contact with the cpu. If you haven't physically moved the pc lately, I would try a different power supply first. Then, if this doesn't work, you'll have to start disconnecting each device one at a time until you can get a bare bones post. Then you reverse; connecting each device back and trying to start up your system.
