Any Suggestions\Opinions On This $700 Build

Here is a system i built for a guy on a $700 budget. Just wanted to get some opinions. Im going to refer to it as a "Gamesurfer", mainly used to surf and everyday use and light to medium game usage. Will be displayed on a LG Flatron l227 WTG max res 1680x1050. Will likely be used to run games like COD MW 2. Also all hardware will be placed in a Antec 300 tower. All hardware is to be purchased from newegg. Just looking for any advice. THANKS!

thanks for your input! i already ordered, for price reasons. really wanted to go w/ a little better video card, but that one looked good to keep it at my strict $700 budget(LOL). i do believe i will be returning the fan for more than likely the one you have suggested. i was just thinking the fan i had selected may be a better fit because of the fan placed atop the antec 300 case. also i will be using as5 thermal compound since i have 2-3 tubes already. one of my main goals also was to build a system built to last also(what a shock huh, LOL). was why i had gone w/ the western digi hd, cause i have had nothing but luck w/ them... not that ive never had one fail yet.

Better PSU.
MUCH better video card.
MUCH better ram.
