What does this mean RAM help

Corsair CMX6GX3M3A1600C9 6GB (3x XMS3 2GB) PC-12800 (1600MHz) XMS DDR3 RAM,

32x240-pin DIMMs, TRIPLE CHANNEL, Non ECC Unbuffered, 9-9-9-24, Classic Heat Spreader,

Requires X58 (i7 Core) Intel Chipset - Extreme edition motherboard, lifetime warranty

this last bit does not make sense i never herd of ram only working with X58 MOBO and must have a i7.. wth is this just fauls advertising to make u buy more expensive products?

It requires an Core i7 to run in Triple Channel.

It'll work either way.

well i plan on useing this Gigabyte GA-H55M-USB3 ATX Motherboard has 4 slots of DDR3 ram but i don't have i7 running it so would it still work fine? having this type of ram?

I said it will work fine. It will just not work in Triple Channel. Meaning the memory will not run in Triple Channel. BUT IT WILL WORK.
Make sure to check the mobo manufacturer for compatibility and ram manufacturer for configuration.

Simply buy dual channel RAM - in other words, a set of 2 DIMM's instead of a set of 3.
