MemTest 86+ 4.00 Errors. How many is too many?

Howdy folks,

I've been running memtest 86+ 4.00 on my secondary machine for the eight hours and have gotten 4 errors so far on a brand new stick of RAM. None of the errors are duplicates (same address, etc...).

So I guess my question is: How many errors would you consider to be "fatal"? Should I return this stick of RAM or chalk it up to an occasional anomaly?

Your help is welcome and appreciated. If you need more details I am happy to provide them!

Try increase the RAM voltage a little. Don't exceed 2.3 volts.

Why is that? I just want it to run at stock speeds with 99.99% stability. Would more RAM voltage help that?

Update: The test has been running for 18 hours and 30 minutes and so far has produced 9 errors (1 on test #3, 2 on test #4, and 4 on test #7). It is currently on Pass #38.
