Upgrade mobo..............

i have this rig
pentium 4 3.66
1.5 gb ram
1 gb ddr2 hd4650 pcie
450 watt psu 24pin
500gb hdd
dvd writer
floppy drive
intel mobo
now want to upgrade it to c2d....so i need a new mobo
which mobo would you recommend....(50$ to 80$)......

Why do you want to upgrade to something that is already EOL?

But just like as hell_storm mentioned,Core 2 Duo CPUs are EOL;furthermore,you'll probably need to upgrade your RAM too(because the board supports DDR2 1066MHz RAMs)
