pls help me...whn i connect my external hard disk to my lap..it is showing tht u need to format the disk before using it..thn i clicked format action...but thn it is showing tht format cannot be completed..i am totally stuck..i need my files in the hard disk...wht can i do,,,smbody pls help me out

there are a few paid programs that you can run and try to recover the data off the drive. you might not get all the data back but you might get some of it.
