About to order - Any last input?

This is my first build, its for my family. Most important feature is for output of high def movies to the tv and general web browsing, no gaming. Just need help on choosing the mobo, which out of the two i have do you like. I prefer to have a board with usb 3.0. Ordering in less than 2 days.

I would go with the GA-770TA-UD3 MOBO, since you don't need dual GPU's.

Second, drop your PSU down to an Antec EA430 and drop your GPU to the ATI 5650. The ATI 5770 is overkill for your needs and the 5650 will fit you needs just fine, as a non-gamer build.

Third, I would go with the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB over the WD. It is cheaper and faster than the WD Black.

Good suggestions, by the way. I keep hearing about ram voltage, my ram is rated at 1.65V. Will it work?

Yes... You are fine at 1.65V for your RAM.

Yes, the RAM is slightly better. It is okay to run your RAM at 1.65V, so don't worry about that part of your build.

Great cooler!!! If you plan to overclock, I say 100% yes to picking it up.

If you don't plan on overclocking, I say 50 / 50 on picking it up. You don't require an aftermarket cooler when you aren't overclocking. With that being said, it can never hurt having better cooling... Hence my 50 / 50 stance on a non-overclocking build.
