Has anybody notice that when an OP uses labelled shortcut links like motherboard or cpu, that some kind of "add crawler" will hijack the link and tell you all about Dodge Trucks or Some Law Firm ??
Now, I KNOW that these firms are paying our rent and I was willing to put up with that ADOBE CS4 "banner landmine" for several days but these shortcut hijacks are making it impossible for this forum to function as intended.
I'm ALL FOR advertising that we cannot ignore, if it makes this forum possible, but adverts that block you from critical product pages could kill this site on their own.
Please, let's look for ways that do not significantly hinder our fundamental purpose, here. To make sure our community finds the value it is seeking. Heck, I'm surprised newegg and tiger direct don't hand these forums a blank check.
I really hope this will not be seen as out of line. I know we need ADD bucks. I like Adobe and Dodge.
... Just not to where it makes my purpose for being here completely moot.
