Have you tried updating your BIOS to the latest version? You can get BIOS updates from the manufacturer's website, just ensure you have the right motherboard model.

If still can't detect?...
Why and would should i do again?...

I'm really confuse... When i install Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, CPU Z, HW Monitor and task manager CPU can detect 4core and 4Mb cache just for a while... After I install motherboard and vga drivers and update drivers, this problem is appearing...

Intel C2Q Q8300
DFI LP UT P45 T3rs >> Intel P45 driver Version 9.1.1.1014
XFX 4770 512Mb GDDR5 128bit >> Ati Catalyst Version 10.4
OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
