How to turn off USB ports when computer is shut down

Hey world!

I would like to know if there is any way to power off my USB ports when the computer is shut down. I recently bought an optical transparent mouse that is always on whether the computer is on or off.
My MB is P5Q-Deluxe.

If there is an entry under Power Menu in BIOS called EuP Ready, then enabling this item will cut power to USB ports. It comes disabled by Default. This is to charge USB devices, such as Mobile phones, while the computer is powered down.

Did it! Enabled from the Power Menu in BIOS the Energy Saver 4.0C Support!

I am sorry Asus has used different terminology in your motherboard. It seems EuP Ready was for my motherboard P7P55D.

There is also Deep Sleep in some motherboards' bios which is disabled by default and is used for faster boot. It is under chipset configuration.
