I am having a problem with my mother board the asus M4A77TD.
I have 2X2gb DDR 3 1333MHz modules. when I install one of them the PC runs fine but when I install both of them it does not boot only the fan and HDD runs. I tried all combinations of ram slots and did not work.
I tried each ram alone and it works so no problem with them, the only problem when they run together.
I have athlon x2 260 CPU.
Please advice?

Is the memory on the Qualified Vendor List?

Try increasing the RAM voltage. But do not exceed 1.65 volts. You can also try relaxing the timing a little.
