Gigabyte motherboard ga-ep43-ud3l usb ports dont work

Hello,i have ga-ep43-udel new mother board and some of the usb ports don't work. my keyboard and mouse work but my flash drives dont work. now if i put the keyboard in any other port it does not work.

hey i am also having the same problem, all USB ports of giga mobo newly installed is not working .............. hard ware engee pl help ............
