GIGABYTE P43 BIOS CRASH

HELLO
I tried to update my bios of my gigabyte EP43-DS3L motherboard, i used q-flash. every thing was fine but at the last moment when the bios flashing was completed on both the bios chips i rest the power button ( it was stupid of me not reading the full instructions) now my pc does not booth , any way to fix my bios. plz advice.
