How well would these parts work together? Also, as far as motherboards go- I want to have the ability to run 2 graphics cards in the future, both at x16. USB 3.0 and SATA III really aren't important to me but I'd like to find a mobo that will allow me to run 12 gigs of ram with the Megahalem cooler, as well as the two graphics cards for SLI/Crossfire at or around the $200 pricepoint. Here's the few mobos I found that should work (please comment and make recommendations for me):

GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R $209.99
ASRock X58 Extreme LGA 1366 $159.99
ASUS P6T SE LGA 1366 $204.99

Thanks guys!
