Windows 2000 pro Blue screen

Hello,
I can't boot my computer. It keeps ending on a blue screen. How do I get rid of blue screen and boot up properly. I can't download anything on to it or go through my network to download anything. How do I fix this?

What is the message on the blue screen?

How old is that computer, it could be hardware failure given it's age.
