Radiator fans

Hi i recently installed my custom water cooling loop i am using a 360 radiator with very loud fans has any one got any recommendations for quiet blue led fans Thanks

My 360 rad has 3 Aerocool shark fans and they are quiet. The one in the center is just a non led version.
I run them with the voltage reduction leads that are included and they still pass good air flow across the radiator.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835129056
