new build, windows 7 home preium, duo core, ATI 650 Tuner, HMDI to Mitsubishi TV, Problem: Media Center will not disply video, DVD drives will not display video, on line streaming video looks good, error message files needed for video are missing or not working ...., TV tuner

Could you share the exact messages you see when you try playing video? If you can still watch videos online, then this is most likely a software problem.
